Individual Therapy
There is no one ‘type’ of person who needs therapy. A lot of us need support due to certain life circumstances and individual challenges. We offer therapy sessions remotely. We also offer offline sessions based in Mumbai. The online sessions are taken via Google Meet or Audio calls.
Workshops & Events
Mental health does not exist solely on a therapist’s couch. We offer workshops and events that are designed to promote connection, joy, learning and unlearning. Contact us for more information.
Support Groups
Support Groups are safe spaces for individuals facing similar experiences, fostering support, belonging, and community. We offer groups that meet regularly.

Couples Counselling
Relationships are complex and it is okay to ask for help to navigate these dynamics. Our therapists have relevant experience in working with couples and currently we offer couples counselling sessions remotely. The sessions are taken via Google Meet.
